screen capture program (66.123.206.167)
hmm whats a great screen capturing program thats out now a days? (btw. Dell laptop+nvidia video card+winXP = trouble...) i tend to get a lot of black screens with XP telling me nvidia card crashed the windows... so I would like a program thats windows, memory, and video card happy... thanks!

The only thing I had trouble taking screenshots are motion pictures...then I use the capture screen from special software (DVD players)...
Otherwise, I still work with the stone-age "Print Screen" button...

Try SnagIt,there is a trial version available at ZDNet...I'm currently using this screencap on my Win98 and WinME...

For capturing images from games, you might try IrfanView. It's free to use, and is an excellent image viewer too.

I used to have plenty of problems with my dell laptop as well, same thing as you mentioned... I dl the latest version of driver and it seems to have solved the problem (knock on wood).
