How to play Chocolat Maid Cafe Curio (200.78.61.164)
Hi!

I have installed the Chocolat Maid Cafe Curio in my system.

I have Win98SE Japanese in a PIV 1.5Gb 200Mb in RAM

The game installs fine, but when I try to run it, I got the welcome screen and thats all, and my system crash.

What can I do? Or if someone could help me to install it in WinXP English

Thanks

Hmm. JWin98 doesn't work? Try JWin2k or newer. I have problems loading it too (EWin2k though...), so I don't know how to fix this...

Yes, I am suffering the same problem as you are (OK install, crash on load, suspected Safedisk problem)...

Hello.

I'm new to the boards.

I feel your pain, my friend. I have the same problem myself with my copy of Chocolat Maid Cafe "Curio".

YeldellGW, I wish that your next post would actually have something more to contribute other than your sympathy...some people consider your words to be a simple post-maker (spamming) and spam is the kindling to flames...although this place is pretty cool...

I wonder...if there are CD-cracks to get past the loading sequence...maybe that could help? According to my sources, XP Professional on Japanese setting works with this game.

I have tried to run the game in Windows XP with full Japanese support and got the same result.

Only this time there was a pop up window telling me that I have to re-insert disk 2. I did it but I got the same message.

Maybe there is another thing we are missing.

I'm begining to wonder if there is anyone out there that has played the game.

If there is no CD-crack, perhaps the GIGA site has a patch that addresses this issue?

I can't seem to find anything when I type in JWin2k for the search box. Google's no better. Is there any specific wording I need to use in order to get my search option to actually locate one of these? Japanese Windows isn't cutting it either.

Man, this thread is old.

This game is protected by a version of Safedisc not yet cracked by people...

therefore, it is impossible to play this without CD crack or until a anti-Safedisc 2.8 is out...
