It's so long ago that I played this game, but I remember you had to go back to the inn and the hospital frequently to progress the story.

It was that. But i'm blocked again a level 3-3 :-/
There's a place where I should see a stair (it's marked on the plan) but à don't see anything. I went to all the place in the city and the only thing that append is that i talked to the little girl of the inn neer a cat to the south and i some guys near the left wall (on a place were I can't ever go).
If someone can help me again
(I'm sorry for my very poor english but I'm french)

Again, I know I'm not helping you directly, but everywhere else in the city is a waste of time. The only place you need to go to progress the main storyline is the Inn & hospital, other than the dungeon.
